What is your minimum order quantity for customized group shirts?
The minimum order quantity for group orders is 30 shirts.

Can we customize an existing shirt design with our chapter or company information?
Yes, all current designs may be customized with your chapter or company information.  

Can Aureate Label create a custom design for our chapter or company?
Yes, Aureate Label can create a custom design for your chapter or company for a fee of $100.

Can I receive a sample of our order before placing the full order?
Yes, you can receive an electronic rendering free of charge. You can also receive a physical sample for $50.

How much is shipping per shirt on custom orders?
Shipping is $2.95 per shirt for custom orders.

Can I ship to more than one address for group orders?
No.  Aureate Label will only ship to one address for group orders.

What is your leadtime for group orders?
We require 10-15 business days for all custom orders.

When is payment due for my group order?
Full payment is due at the time of order placement.

What shirt styles do you offer?
Aureate Label offers form-fitted and regular cut shirts.

What are the details and sizes of the shirts you offer?

Form-Fitted Description:  100% combed cotton jersey; 4.3-oz. and 32 singles for extreme softness.

Form-Fitted Sizes: Small – 2XL

Regular-Cut Description: 
preshrunk 100% cotton jersey; 6.1-oz.; narrow 5/8" neck rib; feminine cut shoulders and sleeves; taped neck and shoulders seamless and double-needle collar and hems.

Regular-Cut Sizes: Small – 4XL
