Aureate Label is pleased to provide authorized and licensed apparel products for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that although he/she may purchase paraphernalia and other goods (collectively "Good") bearing Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. ("Sorority") logos, copyrights and trademarks, that Sorority retains all rights and ownership in the Good and thus may not be resold online or by any other means. Any attempt to do so will result in the forfeiture of the right to possess the Good and must be immediately surrendered to the Sorority. |
